Pick up and Delivery in all other locations will have a surcharge of $25. * This also applies to on-site travel charge. * This service does not apply for free In-House assessments. On-Site Installation $90 Technician is dispatched to visit your location to perform the following tasks: One hardware and one software installation; OR two software; OR two hardware devices. In-House Installation $45 Bring your computer in for installation of one hardware and one software; OR two software: OR two hard drives. We will call you when your computer is ready to pick up. On-Site Support $125 We will visit your location to fix Windows issues, software issues and hardware issues. In-House Support $100 Bring in your computer to fix Windows issues, software issues and hardware issues. On-Site Cabling or other Services $90+ Technician is dispatched to visit your location to perform the tasks such as Cable Runs and Router Installation. $90 + $75 per additional hour. * Minimum charge of 1 hour. Operating System Reload $150 When there are too many conflicts within the Windows Operating System, a total Operating System Reload is performed. You will need to bring all original software, licenses and keys for a complete reload of all software. Miscellaneous Charges $75/hr Miscellaneous charges may apply for work not described anywhere above such as: consulting, data recovery, data migration, network troubleshooting, and cabling. * Minimum charge of 1 hour. |
